Yoss founded the RADAR Sports Technology Group in 2018 with a singular vision for the group to lead the South African sports technology landscape. The group’s subsidiaries provide industry leading innovations which empower clients to reap maximum value from emerging technologies.
Shoott is Africa’s first fully automated and unmanned solution for video production of sport. The Premier Futsal League is the exclusive provider of live day time betting feed to Phumelela Gaming & Leisure, whilst Track160 is the continent’s sole sports tracking and analytics solution based purely on optics.
Prior to Radar Yoss has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with both Old Mutual and Absa. Yoss holds Master’s degrees in Business from both the Gordon Institute of Business Science and the University of the Free State as well as a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
Adam founded Wononwon, South Africa’s leading sports administration and data statistic website, a platform used extensively by leading professional and amateur organizations across all sporting codes. This has afforded Adam a vast network of relationships and contacts in South African sport all the way from grassroot to national levels. In addition, Adam has over a decade of extensive experience in youth sports development and owning and operating Futsal Leagues in Gauteng.
The combination of Adam’s passion for sports and statistics and his extensive experience and network in the South Africa’s sportstech landscape, positions Adam as the ideal champion of RADAR’s pursuit to advance sport in South Africa through innovative technology.
Ariel combines unmatched insight into the business and technical challenges facing broadcasters today with exceptional creativity, knowledge and technical expertise. He is uniquely able to create and implement elegant solutions that address client needs quickly and cost-effectively.
Ariel previously served as VP Engineering, Latin America for KIT Digital, where he implemented the company’s technology in Latin America and spearheaded innovative product designs and solutions for customers of all sizes. He was a founder and CTO of World Wide Broadcast, a leading system integrator serving the US, Latin American and Caribbean markets, which was acquired by KIT Digital in 2011.
Ariel holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics and a Masters degree in Technology from the IDC University Israel.
MARCO DA ROCHA
Marco is the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit with over a decade of experience in business and specifically the business of sport. Developing and managing multiple futsal leagues in Johannesburg over the years makes him an invaluable member in the sports industry. Marco also has extensive expertise in Individual sport development particularly in the youth space, and has worked as a professional football coach for the past 8 years for SuperSport United Soccer Schools South Africa.

Ayden brings ten years of operations and business management experience in the sporting sector. Ayden believes that technology in sport helps sporting organisations enhance human performance both on and off the field in a more structured, customised, insightful and analytical way. Ayden holds Bachelors degrees in Sports Management and Sport Communication.
